All young children who are at-risk for or who have been identified with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities  should have access to high-quality, affordable developmental services in natural environments.

The Perak Association For Intellectually Disabled in responding to the Government’s call towards Human Resource Development and in promoting a Caring Society, established the Teachers Education Training Programme in 1995.
